Design for the Web

So... much... work. I picked a good field to get into. My design aesthetic is always the same: clean layout with usability always in the forefront of my mind. A consumer has to be able to use a site, whether it's on the latest Mac or at the public library.
Right now I'm rebuilding the Shutter Classic website. It's a big challenge, as there is a lot of old code. But I keep learning new techniques, and that's always the best part!

I recently reskinned and created most of the cards for ThisHoliday.com and built most of Pampered Pregnancy.com.

The following are screen captures and a little info about the projects I've either completed or are currently working on.

Working as a freelancer for Hubshout, I designed this microsite to increase business to Sylene's, an upscale lingerie boutique.

pampered pregnancy website

I love this site. It's by far the most feminine and fun site I've made.

shutter classic

I am currently handling the redesign of Shutter Classic. I'm building it as a series of templates: one column, two column, etc. The owner and I are focusing on creating a user-friendly page that is easy to read for an older demographic. All of the text is scalable.
